My Own Photography

In this Image I took in my local field, I take a close up of the earth's soil to pic up as much detail as I could. I find the image interesting because the grass is growing in patches and has holes and also cracks in the image making the image "Different".

In this picture I wanted to capture as much colour as I could capturing greens, yellows and even some purples and oranges. The picture is in high quality and looks good in a professional standard. I am very pleased with the outcome.

In this picture  I wanted a similar look like the last photo picking up detail from the branches. As you can see, on the left there is high detail of moss which lights up brilliantly. The colours in various places stand out while others look pretty dull. This is what made the image very interesting while I took the shot.

This photo below shows the detail of human hair. Each hair seen in this picture spirals off into different directions making it interesting. The picture can be very time consuming if you fancy counting each hair. The picture is always fascinating from each strand of hair. The detail from the image is remarkable how it captures every single hair on the human skull. The beauty of this image is how the photo captures natures inch of details.

This is one of my favourite photos I have taken in all my time I have done photography. I like the way the fence is displayed with a glimmer of light just on the right side of it making the fence look superior, The shot with the background out of focus while the fence is in focus adds a dramatic feel to the image making the fence look very dominant. The picture has emotion which I was after the whole time on a hunt for a good shot. With this image set as my alliance towards a portfolio this image will work wonders for me. The image is beautiful and picks up every bit of detail on the fence such as grain and
shade.

In this picture I wanted to capture texture. The texture of gravel is very unusual as it looks like a birds eye view of tiny ruins but really its a close up shot of concrete. This picture makes me feel very dry and dehydrated. For only a picture it has a strong effect to  make you feel the mood of the picture.

In this picture below I loved the idea of taking a shot of the grass at a snake eye level. The effect of this made the shot look different from standing. Due to the lying down on the grass I could easily pick up details of the grass than I would if I was to manually take a shot if I was standing. The different styles of pictures you can take in different stances always change the picture if its either a birds eye view shot, Snake view shot, Mouse shot, regular shot or even on rare occasions the fish eye shot. The colour of green lightens the picture with its brightness making the picture colourful rather than dull looking.

In this photo I attempted to make another snake eye shot but also turning the camera slightly to the right giving it a different effect. I wanted to make a different approach unlike most photographs of landscapes. The flare of the sun shines from the right side of the picture making the shot so fascinating . The colours in this picture are all different from dark green, to bright green. The blue sky looks beautiful creating a perfect landscape for photographers such as myself. I am very proud of this shot and I think I will use the snake eye view more often to get great results as shown above and also below.

The picture below was taken to show more texture. The texture is wool in high detail you can see the wool looks similar to what a cloud looks like. The detail shows strands of wool spiralling off into different directions in a form of a web. The grass gives the image some colour to prevent the picture from looking more dull than what it already is. The colour is only green and white but makes the image look very unusual unlike my previous pictures taken before. I thought I would add this and share it to see if others also find this image very unusual.

In this picture I went for a Thriller or a War theme look. The photo really brings out the leaves and make the background look misty/foggy creating a cinematic horror look. The detail on the leaves and tree branch are very detailed. The dull colouring and saturated oranges used in the dead leaves really create the Horror look. In my future project I will use this more often to create a thriller style shot.

The bright light in this picture below really draws attention to itself and the viewers that are looking at this image. Its brightness shines through the trees causing a distraction. The sun ray looks like a laser firing down on the forest causing a cool effect for this picture. I reckon without the sun ray this image would look very dull and boring.

I took this shot before the sun started to set. The trees stand out to the blue sky like a silhouette. The image looks very nice from a mouse shot. I am not a big fan of the mouse shot but from this image it has a very good outcome for this picture.

The last photo taken was a close up of some branches. The theme looks like winter with all the dead leaves and so much grey and white on the floor. The picture is unusual due to its angle the picture it was taken. I did this purposely to create a different image. The colours in this seem to be pretty dull as I was going for a winter/thriller look. The only colour you see is in the stems of a bush.
